Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge in AV system integration design
• Knowledge in Extron software & hardware
• Knowledge of videowall/cloud streaming system & digital signage
• Knowledge audio/video equipment/networking/video-cables/connectors & video signal
• Basic knowledge of graphic knowledge calibration – RGB/DataPath preferred
• Working knowledge on Networking hardware and concepts
• Knowledge on Windows Server Admin
• Ability to install/troubleshoot majority of AV devices
• Knowledge of camera and lighting techniques and editing software

Desirable skills:

• Basic knowledge of digital audio protocol – Dante preferred
• Basic knowledge of Digital video protocol – H.264/MPEG/H.232/EDID/HDCP preferred
• Knowledge on Cloud Computing and Virtualization (Azure Fundamentals)
• Ability to work on IoT devices
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on devices
• Understanding of Inventory management

Desirable Technical Skills:

• Strong customer relations experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
• Identify and Implement Service and Process improvement initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
