Job Description Summary:
To support all Human Resources (HR) functions and performs analytical work related to the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, business processes, process improvement, process design, process redesign, process documentation, and facilitate implementation of such changes.
Job Description:
Description of Duties and Tasks
1) Performs work to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and improve user experience with the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
2) Partners closely with HR, Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to drive requirements gathering, process review, solution design, project management, testing, training, and documentation.
3) Performs analysis of as-is processes and collects process data by conducting on-site observations of work performed, conducts document analysis, and may develop and administer surveys.
4) Supports day-to-day operations, business processes, improvements, and system testing and participates in bi-annual HCM release updates.
5) Analyzes, reports, and validates HCM data to ensure accuracy in processes and reporting.
6) Partners with HCM process owners to create job aids, reference guides, process documentation, process flow diagrams, and other support materials.
7) Develops appropriate communication with the user community to ensure the transfer of operational, procedural, and policy information.
8) Measures achievement of project goals and objectives. Monitors and measures the effectiveness of an improved process.
