Job Purpose

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support for the HR Department and effectively coordinate administrative tasks deemed necessary by the Senior HR Generalist and HR Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Actively participate in HR programs including new hire orientations, employee training, company events, benefits enrollment and administration, leaves of absence, payroll processing, etc.
• File all HR related documents into the appropriate employee file.
• Assist HR Department in facilitating training classes.
• Coordinate company lunches.
• Enter employee information into the HR system
• Data entry into benefit portals.
• Assist with employee verifications.
• HR tracking and reporting
• Ensure all employees files are incompliance with organization needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.10 – $25.19 per hour

Schedule:

• 5×8
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Stafford, TX 77477: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
