Position Description

This is a paid internship with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Estimated hours: 20-40 hours/week

Pay: $17.00 per hour

We offer a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Candidates will need to reside near Charleston, SC to ensure work site flexibility.

Essential Functions

• Data entry
• Receive and distribute incoming correspondence.
• Scan and save invoices and other documents.
• Provide general support for the department.
• Review & proofread and update content on the ATI Wiki and other resources.
• Learn and gain experience through job shadowing.
• Positively contribute to the ATI team

Additional Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Recent college graduate or currently enrolled college student, preferably with a degree or major area of study in accounting, finance, or other business field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe PDFs preferred.
• Must possess a positive attitude and be able to work well as part of a team.
• Individual must be organized, punctual and have good attention to detail.
• Individual must meet the definition of “a U.S. person” upon hire due to the risk assessment of this position and access to documents.
