We are looking for an individual who will create a positive first impression and establish strong member relationships while assisting members and potential members with their telephone requests to join our growing team!
Description:
Major responsibilities of this position will be to answer the phone in a courteous and professional manner while assisting members with account inquiries and account maintenance, identifying member needs, and suggesting services that would benefit the member.
Candidates for this position must possess experience in and a passion for serving customers, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent problem-solving skills. Prior financial industry experience is a plus.
Additional Job Duties:
Call Center Hours: Mon, Tues, & Wed 8am-5pm. Thurs & Fri 8am-6pm. Sat 9am-noon
