ALL APPLICANTS NEED TO HAVE SOME FORM OF INVESTMENT EXPERIENCE

Description:

• Develop one-on-one relationships with advisors, their staff, and end clients
• Work independently to assist callers with tailored support to meet their needs
• Serve as the callers primary point of contact and own the callers issue from start to finish
• Quickly and thoughtfully handle complex and escalated issues from representatives and customers
• Provide support on various computer systems associated with the Broker/Dealer
• Maintain minimum call requirements and quality review scores while adhering to assigned work schedule
• Utilize CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool to accurately record and track calls
• Participate in special projects and team accountabilities including training and support of internal and external contacts
• ->Will support the Advisor Line in 1 of the following sub-departments: New Accounts, Account Maintenance, Money Movements, Transfers, Other

PAY: $20-22 based on experience

HOURS: start time is anywhere from 5:30-7:30 Mon-Fri must be open

Location: must be near the Denver area as they transition from Remote to 1-2 days in office
