If you’re in college working to earn an HR degree or if you already have it and are looking to get back in action, our Part-time HR & Training Coordinator position could be perfect for you!
We’re looking for a candidate that will help us continue to provide the best onboarding and training experience possible for our new and existing employee’s. They will be responsible for managing several administrative tasks to keep us on track with our many training responsibilities. In addition to onboarding and training, you’ll also get to see some benefits administration and assist with planning our several employee events that we host throughout the year.

The position responsibilities are:
Education/ Certifications/Licenses
A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school. HR Degree preferred or working to obtain and HR degree.
Experience
Six months of similar or related experience including time spent in preparatory positions.
Interpersonal Skills
A significant level of trust, creditbility and diplomacy is required. In depth dialogue, converstaions and explanations with employees and potential employees can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature.
