Assistentcy, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic applicant to join a team of representatives who assist our valued patients by resolving accounts for local providers in a way that mutually benefits both them and their patients. We are a sister company of Kansas Counselors, Inc. located in Overland Park, Kansas.

Are you compassionate with some medical billing experience? Do you strive at helping patients understand their insurance and why they have an amount due? Do you thrive providing the best customer service possible?

This position is a non-aggressive, soft approach recovery position. Customer service experience and attention to detail is necessary. Preferred candidates will have at least 1-year medical billing, medical insurance and medical service experience.

Your supervisors are never far from your desk, and you won’t just be a number in a revolving door of employees. We are also proud to say that we are the only company in the area that requires no late nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound patient calls regarding owed amounts
• Some outbound calls to reach and inform patients of their due balances.
• Accurately enter and update data.

• Monday thru Thursday – 8:15 AM – 5:50 PM
• Friday 8:15 AM – 2:55 PM

Paying $18.00/hour with paid training!
