September 21, 2022 _____________________________________________________________________________________ POSITION PURPOSE As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the marketing automation platform and strategies and fully leveraging its capabilities.
It takes a truly special person who is both strategic and tactical that can optimize and maximize all marketing automation has to offer in support of company strategic objectives.
We are looking for that person! One who can see the entirety of the big picture and work on the daily details to meet KPI’s and increase MQL conversions.
Working closely with creative design, sales, customer success and other critical roles in the customer journey, this role will develop, monitor, analyze, and fine-tune processes in the marketing automation and CRM systems to improve campaign effectiveness, system process lead flows, account and contact record synchs, and overall system efficiencies between the integrated applications and system environments.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS Marketing Operations Lead and maintain marketing automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software Build emails, campaigns, and landing pages that will facilitate the efficient and scalable execution of day-to-day marketing campaigns and ensure workflows are set up properly for effective attribution and reporting Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements Manage and monitor social media, increasing engagement and turning interactions into sales Implement a chatbot on the website and monitor website traffic, engagement, and conversions Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance.
Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously to support increase in open rates, click through rates, and increase overall conversions of MQL’s Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing Process contact/company list uploads into the database while ensuring proper data quality and privacy compliance Continuously research and adhere to Opt-In and privacy best practices, developing or editing privacy policies as needed Document customer journey and personas Design and properly QA nurture workflows, fully documenting the web and sequence of interactions Create content as needed Build and nurture strong cross-functional relationships in the organization and intimately understand the various customer touches, making recommendations of where marketing can contribute to the overall success and brand awareness/advocacy REQUIRED SKILLS 3
years of marketing or sales operations experience Mastery in building out record flow processes in marketing automation systems Proactive, self-starter with drive to build first class operations and infrastructure Excellent analytical and organizational skills Creative, with excellent written communication skills Excellent attention to details POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Marketing or sales operations experience required Knowledge of Javascript and HTML is highly desirable Experience in B2B software preferable What we offer:
