A.S.G. Staffing provides small to mid-sized companies with traditional temporary help solutions. We have been serving the Chicago Metro region since 1995 and currently have 6 offices in the Chicago Region with others in Kenosha, WI, Rensselaer and Greenwood, IN and Memphis, TN

We are currently looking to hire a Staffing Specialists to work in our Berwyn office. The Staffing Specialist recruits candidates and matches them up with our customer’s jobs. This is a Monday – Friday position with occasional Saturday’s and opportunity for unlimited incentive $$ for filling orders!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING!

• Provide great CUSTOMER SERVICE to our applicants and customers.
• RECRUIT skilled workers
• ONBOARD applicants
• VISIT customer work sites to understand jobs
• ASSIGN candidates to a job

WHAT YOU’VE DONE IN THE PAST!

• High School Diploma or GED, some COLLEGE is great!
• 1 – 3 years of CUSTOMER SERVICE experience
• OR New College Grad!
• You’ve worked in a FAST PACED job using TECHNOLOGY.
• Tu Hablas espanol is a PLUS!
