Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation and Lead Nurturing:
Creates and optimizes campaign elements including emails, content offers and landing pages, and works to optimize user experience across web and social media.
Back to Base Campaigns:
Develops and executes an integrated mix of customer campaigns for add-on sales.
Search Engine Optimization:
Performs on-page SEO (title tags, meta tags, images, and text attributes), and gathers favorable online reviews from customers to improve site score, rankings and web traffic.
Social Media:
Creates social media strategy including making recommendations for paid social campaigns and implementation.
Blog:
Conducts research, pitch ideas for blog, compose and edits blog posts, and market posts to readers through social media.
Media Relations:
Prepare news releases for the media, explore industry story opportunities and pitch for the company’s participation.
Campaign and Web Management:
Ensures all campaign components are developed and production schedules are met; keeps web pages current.
Data Management:
Owns the CRM database for assigned business unit, and is responsible for working with sales to import data and maintain accurate data.
Reporting and Metrics:
Generate monthly reports on website traffic, SEO, and social media key metrics.
Trade shows, webinars and events:
Organize, setup and manage participation
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree with classes in Marketing, Business Management, Psychology, Advertising, Public Relations or Journalism.
1-2 years of experience with B2B content-driven marketing/digital marketing with demonstrated results in lead generation, lead nurturing and driving revenue.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Organized, self-motivated and curious.
Hands-on, with an ear for language, an eye for design and a good head on your shoulders.
Fluencies Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization.
Proven knowledge of social media best practices and platforms.
Adobe Creative Suite (INDD, AI, PSD required, but other fluencies are good too like Canva).
Bonus Skills (Not required, but highly preferred) Experience using CRM and marketing automation software platforms is highly preferable (i.
e.
, Salesforce plus HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo or equivalent).
