Job Description
For the Biodesign Institute, the Facility Space Planning Coordinator oversees and maintains space management and related operations systems. This individual will be responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and reporting on space needs and utilization, communicating with Biodesign leadership and stakeholders, and coordinating with Facilities Management, Space Planning, and other University agencies to maintain complete facilities and space inventory. This individual will also coordinate on operations projects, from initiation through planning and full implementation.
Salary Range
$45,360 – $63,000 per year; DOE

Essential Duties
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Planning, or related field AND three (3) years of construction or Planning experience; OR, Seven (7) years of progressively responsible construction or Planning experience, OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.
