The Position. (100% Remote)
We are seeking an experienced Crypto Support Engineer to join our crypto cold-storage team.

In this position, you will be contributing to the design and development of new and existing software components and subsystems relating to the Arculus™ crypto wallet and the Arculus™ cold key storage system, while leveraging best practices and governance models and methods.

You will participate in reviewing engineering strategy, architecture, and code, helping to ensure that every cycle, every touch moves forward the products’ quality and efficacy, and aligns with our strategic goals.

You will help lead by your example, demonstrating a desire and ability to achieve total product quality and complete customer satisfaction, while remaining open and eager to learn more.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will share our passion and drive and will have demonstrated expertise in designing and developing critical services and applications. The candidate will also have:

• Knowledge of blockchain models and cryptocurrency/NFT/DeFi technologies
• Mobile experience with Android and Apple iOS platforms
• Customer support experience and support tools like Zendesk
• Jira ticket problem logging, escalation and closure
• Experience in debugging complex software issues
• Nice to have:
• Experience in cloud environments especially AWS Cloud
• Linux, C, C++ software programming skills.
