SAP SuccessFactors System Administrator – Huntersville, NC
The Blueprint (Role Summary)
The SAP SuccessFactors System Administrator for Employee Central and Compensation supports our people strategy, processes and tools, allowing leaders to identify, develop and reward our talent. This position reports to the Manager, HR Data Analytics & Operations, and is responsible for maintaining the SAP SuccessFactors system.
You will be responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of our SAP SuccessFactors system.

The Build (Role Responsibilities)
* Oversee the daily administration of the SAP SuccessFactors system for our Employee Central and Compensation modules
* Partner with HR Leadership and other system administrators to configure, maintain, and operate the environment to reflect and communicate our business processes, and to manage our HR events
* Maintain system security roles and supporting content (for example, profiles, forms, updates to notifications, templates, pick lists, settings, field labels, etc.)
* Partner with other managers to configure analytics (for example, preparation and delivery of reports), including the measurement strategy and frequency of reports
* Create ad hoc reporting and dashboards
* Work with SAP SuccessFactors and/or 3rd party providers to keep up-to-date on quarterly release system specifications, managing system changes, and communicating updates to impacted stakeholders
* Create and update system processes, procedures and support documentation for each release
* Perform quality assurance checks on system configuration, and test workflows
* Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes, & enhancements
* Provide end user support to ensure adoption and ease of use
* Perform regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability the system
* Execute mass data changes as needed
* Manage global compliance to established policies, procedures and governance
* Maintain project task workbook and status updates
* Create and administer end user surveys to solicit feedback on processes & systems
* Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various internal and external user groups
* Conduct and/or create training related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation modules
* Where applicable, add, update, and manage courses and curricula
The Toolbox (Qualifications)
* Project Management skills
* Required experience in the Employee Central and Compensation modules of SAP SuccessFactors System, but would prefer experience in all modules including Performance, Goal Management, Recruiting and Onboarding, Learning and Succession Planning
* Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization – to both technical and business audiences; excellent documentation and written communication skills (SOP manuals, workbook updates, creating support tickets, etc.)
* Experience in requirements gathering
* Understanding of basic XML concepts
* System Development and Testing
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Understanding of GUI; radio button, pick lists, and other configuration items
* Understanding of integration concepts and tools (flat file, APIs, connectors, etc.)
* Understand the flow of data between modules, strong understanding of MDF and foundation object management
* Strong report building skills
* SQL experience preferred
* Understanding of Downstream HR tech such as Cornerstone
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in HR system administration, service delivery or related field.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws and regulations, and HR best practices
* Prior experience utilizing ticketing systems to respond to employee queries
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
