The HR Generalist will work closely with the Director of HR to support organizational initiatives as well as employees with daily human resource functions.

Position Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible for performing duties that support a variety of HR business functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, policy implementation, employee/labor relations, training, performance management, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.
In addition, the HR Generalist will work closely with HR leadership to support global initiatives within the organization. In general, the HR generalist performs a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative HR services.
This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.
