Job Summary:
The Talent Management Manager develops, manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure talent management initiatives are developed and managed using a business-driven focus. Ensuring strategic alignment with business priorities is essential. Introducing the newest talent management approaches along with foundational talent management programs will ensure American Regent is competitive in the talent market. The Talent Management Manager will be responsible for managing and executing efforts related to integrating Talent Management programs into onboarding, learning and development, engagement, performance management, culture, diversity and inclusion and succession planning.

Education and Experience:
8+ years’ experience in talent management and performance management. Must have experience in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management. Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various reports.

Expected Salary Range:
$130,000 – $160,000
The salary range displayed is the minimum and maximum annual salary range compensation for the role that the employer in good faith believes to be accurate at the time of the posting of an advertisement for the role.
