We’ve experienced a strong period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. To continue this trajectory, we’re searching for a highly qualified Senior Manager of the Support Engineering Program to work closely with our leadership teams. From Day 1, this person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to departments. The ideal candidate will have a special focus on senior manager level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

A day in the life
GSO-SDDV is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing Amazon operations security infrastructure. You will use continuous improvement/change management to create, coordinate, and facilitate implementation of new and improved structures, processes, and activities. For this role you will need to be adaptable, challenge motivated, and thrive on implementing high standard productivity and simplicity using standard project management methodology. In this role, you must be able to develop and lead individual or group assignments with little or no instruction, work interdependently with other teams, and be able to deliver clear, concise, and on-schedule results.
