The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, communication, and ongoing management of policies and procedures across all residential sales systems. This role, reporting directly to the Director of Sales Systems & Tools, owns the technical roadmap and go-to-market strategy of initiatives serving both sales management and front-line sales agents, ensuring consistently on-time and in-budget deliverables. They will drive sales volume and revenue growth through finding efficiencies and adding new functionality across the sales cycle from initial customer acquisition to subscription lifetime management. Supported by an expansive cross-departmental team, the working strategy must consider the needs of stakeholders across Product, Offers, Billing, Engineering, IT, and Marketing to define dynamic experiences as part of an omni-channel sales pipeline both internally and with external sales partners.
This position requires a dedicated professional and will have hands-on involvement in the ongoing digital transformation of Altice USA, with a particular focus on evolving a legacy telecom location-based model to a modern customer-first model. Within this approach channels served will include Digital, Call Center, Retail, Direct, Indirect, and Retention. The chosen candidate will be able to integrate processes across network serviceability, catalog management, audience segmentation, prospecting, order entry, payments, field management, provisioning, and data quality or augmentation. They will enable our sales teams by managing the roadmap of process optimizations and new features for the digital tools they use every day, helping to guide a team of technical analysts, developers, and platform administrators who will make it real. Understanding the different sales cycles across channels and customer types will be crucial for creating the right targeted experiences appropriate for each sales interaction.
The successful candidate will have a command of best practices and trends in CRMs/CDPs, managing large datasets, and understand how integrated systems enable a more data driven, assistive sales enablement experience.
*Owning the sales and sales operations project pipeline and facilitating idea intake and priorities across channels
*Developing strategic recommendations/presentations and solutions based on assessment and understanding of operating environments.
*Creation, review, and approval of Product Business Requirement Documents [BRD’s] and Functional Requirement Documents [FRD’s, RFW’s, Etc.] to verify that Sales project requirements are properly collected and reconciled with technical feasibility.
*Ingestion and management of interdepartmental projects with sales systems impacts as a dependency such as product releases, offer updates, and CX or go-to-market changes.
*Support development of Sales Training documentation for communication to the front-line Sales personnel. Ensure Sales Teams are ready for system launches/updates and have proper accessibility to and discoverability for any new relevant information and go-to-market processes.
*Defining and distributing proper metrics to determine performance needs with regards to sales processes and associated tools
*Ensure that all Sales processes are up to date and being followed by users, and all work is done in line and standardized across all sales channels.
*Managing budgets and vendor contracts/agreements.
*Special Projects as deemed necessary.
*Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, communications, or related field
*5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry
*Experience with Salesforce.com and other CRM platforms required
*Experience with Amdocs or Netcracker BSS/OSS platforms preferred
*Some experience with e-commerce and/or omni-channel sales platforms desirable
*Some experience with GIS platforms and polygon/vector-based datasets desirable
*Some experience with Jira or other project management tools and writing epics and user stories desirable
*Some experience with Visio or other diagram/flowchart tools desirable
*Some experience with SQL desirable
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 and SharePoint
*Ability to produce clear, compelling, and motivational communications quickly
*Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
*Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $96,020.00-$153,632.00/ year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
