At Crestwood Medical Center, we believe in the power of people to create great care We look forward to you becoming the next ALS Clinic RN, PRN, minimum 2-3 shifts a month at our 180 bed full service acute care facility. The ALS Nurse is responsible for assisting the director with ALS Clinic operations including patient assessment/scheduling and care management. The ALS Clinic nurse works with the MD for management of the medicine treatment. The ALS Nurse assumes responsibilities and accountability for patients while in the department and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, The nursing process, environment/instrumentation and other health care team members. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in Care Management or 3+ years’ experience in clinical nursing
