Job responsibilities include handling of multiple high-net worth client accounts – managing client’s payables and receivables; ensuring all entries have appropriate approvals before processing; maintaining accurate accounts payable list; reconciling bank accounts; preparing monthly cash flows for clients; performing other general accounting duties as requested.

Job qualifications include a minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience. Must be computer-literate with working knowledge of MS Office. Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as with a team. Must have great communication skills. Must be able to multi-task with ease and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
