• Proof of HS Diploma or GED Required to start
• Work from Lenexa office location
• Training – 4 weeks with hours from 9:00-6:00 starting Jan 9th – Schedule after training: M-F 11:00am – 8:00pm

Summary:

Our financial lending client is looking for superb customer service agents to support their clients, listen to their needs, and help them find the right solution via inbound phone, email, and chat.

Job Details:

• Communicate with clients via inbound calls, emails, and chat to explain services
• Analyze customer needs and prescribe the best financial solution
• Resolve product or service issues by listening to client and prescribing the best solution, expediting corrections or adjustments, to ensure resolution
• Build strong rapport and relationships with clients
• Meeting company goals and performance goals

Background/Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred
• Proof of HS Diploma or GED Required
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Intermediate math skills with ability to calculate interest rates and percentages
• Good computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
