Alight Solutions Hiring for Product Owner/Architect Cloud Security – VIRTUAL! at Chicago, IL  Full Time

What You’ll Do:

• Product owner / architect of cloud security (support of modern development models, developer training, security champions, development pipeline technology)
• Own and articulate a clear vision & strategy for your domain that is aligned with the overall strategy and direction of Alight Global Security (AGS) program and in support of the Alight business.
• Publish product roadmaps based on threat models and compliance requirements.
• Drive cross-team executionthat is prioritized by threat probability, availability of resources, and competing efforts.
• Ability to express complex technical risk to multiple levels of audience.
• Step in to assist with every aspect of Cybersecurity as needed. We are a tight-knit group, with many overlapping areas of responsibility.

What you’ll Need:

• Knowledge of cloud security standards
• Experience in monitoring cloud-based systems and infrastructure for risks and misconfiguration (CSPM)
• Deep understanding of cloud concepts
• Expertise in AWS based solutions.
• 5 + years of security and technology experience, preferably in Fortune 500 companies including exposure to client / sales support.
• Ability to act as a strategist and champion for security; paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to act.
• High level of credibility, with an accomplished background in security, preferably in environments with a high level of complexity and regulatory profiles, including Financial Services, Healthcare and the US Government and associated entities.
• Experience facilitating large scale cloud security and Data governance security programs, protecting sensitive personal data including HIPAA, GDPR, and PII data globally.
• Experience at implementing and operationalizing cyber security programs at scale, preferably in the cloud security and/or data protection spaces.
• Professional development in at least two programming/scripting languages.
• Ability to build and develop teams that deliver key objectives and navigate the security landscape.
• Builds constructive relationships with diverse groups of people, including internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (i.e., vendors, peer groups, regulators, auditors etc.) and rating agencies.
• Steps up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be said.
• Experience in a security leadership role working with legal, risk, and audit teams to ensure strong cooperation and collaboration.

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $120,400.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $175,400.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
