This Application Specialist role is part of the IT Expansion Team responsible for timely execution of all IT related store expansion tasks, the self-checkout project, vendor coordination, hardware implementation and additional support efforts. In this role you will work with various areas of IT, Operations and Real Estate to manage all IT related tasks required to successfully open new stores. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating project activities, such as ensuring timelines are met, appropriate documentation is updated and an open channel of communication is available between business, technology and 3rd party vendors. As you will be collaborating with business units across different departments, the ideal candidate will be able to interface between technical and business users.
