Overview:The Sr. Analyst, Compensation will assist in all critical aspects of the Total Rewards & Systems department, including managing the company’s annual merit, STI, and LTI programs, participating in numerous salary surveys, conducting ad hoc pay studies throughout the year, assist in designing a leading edge pay management program at AFNA, as well as other key projects.
Role will also assume a critical role in the annual company budgeting process, and will collaborate closely with the AFNA Finance team.
