Human Resource Manager

Airtech Equipment, Inc. is expanding and adding a Human Resource Manager to their leadership team. This position will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, and activities of the Human Resource (HR) function. They will ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
This includes assisting in hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
This position administers the employee health and welfare plans and acts as liaison between employees and insurance providers. This position resolves benefits-related problems and ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations.
Requirements Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
· A minimum of five years of human resource management experience preferred.
· MBA, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.

· Proficient with payroll software programs
