Job Description:
1. Front desk Reception & Customer Service. Be the face of our business!

2. Offer friendly customer service to those entering or calling the office

2. Return calls in a timely manner

3. Assist tenants with questions regarding rent, late fees, utilities, maintenance, etc.

4. Collect, open and disseminate all incoming mail

5. Contact tenants for overdue rent payments

6. Contact utility companies to verify information or request a change

7. Able to operate Property Management Software

8. Data entry and follow up

Qualifications:
1. Professional telephone skills and clear verbal communication

2. Microsoft Office experience

3. Excellent computer and organizational skills

4. Able to handle stressful situations

5. Ability to take initiative and work on your own

6. Execute consistent Follow-Up

7. Problem solving

8. Property Management experience a PLUS but not a requirement

9. Must have at least 1 year of office administration experience
