Ag Link Hiring for Customer Service Specialist Job at Ballico, CA Full Time

Ag Link’s Customer Service Specialist is the lead order processor and customer service representative for our Farm 2 School produce distribution company. This is a full time desk job with regular communication to customers through email and phone. The role is heavily data entry processing orders for customers weekly and managing products from sellers. Work load is fast paced and very busy when school is in session and slower when school is out, holidays and summer. This person works both with our many grower/packer suppliers and our school district customers.

Duties include:

• Weekly pricing updates of items with sellers through email and phone
• Maintaining all products on e-commerce site
• Updating weekly hot products for weekly email marketing
• Processing more than 100 order per week
• Sending POs to all sellers
• Printing and organizing all necessary paperwork for dispatch/scheduling
• Setting up dispatch clipboards for warehouse staging and drivers
• Assisting sellers and buyers with their needs to optimize their experience
• Creating and improving systems to make all of the above more efficient

Candidate must be organized and self motivated with excellent customer service skills.

Full time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 35+ hours per week when school is in session

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
