We are looking for fun, creative and energetic Asst. Directors and Teachers to join our team at one of our After School programs located on six school campuses in San Carlos, CA. Our staff work closely together as a team and the ideal candidate would share their positive energy with our team members and children.
We are a flexible, quality care, licensed Child Care Program focused on Creativity, Healthy and Active Enrichment, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) that meets the needs of students and families. We provide a safe and encouraging environment that fosters Child Development and Learning where students can be creative and independent by implementing their own ideas. We believe that our program offers a developmentally appropriate approach by following a curriculum, based on the needs of each child as a unique individual. Our structure is built by focusing on the relationships between, staff, children, and families. Our program fosters creativity, self-esteem, and growth based on encouraging our students to think outside the box as individuals. Offering a variety of activities each day that takes each child into consideration is a high priority. Our classroom space is carefully designed with a warm, exciting, innovative approach behind it so that all children feel welcome and engaged. We are committed to our children and believe that as educators we are important role models to the children we serve.
The educators will be responsible to administer all program functions, and implementation, and overseeing all enrichment and academic programs. Specific duties educators are responsible for include managing and developing the program curriculum, being proactive and aiding in staff development, and implementing our program Philosophy and expectations within the classroom. The directors and staff will work together to provide a program that makes children feel safe, encouraged, welcomed, and engaged. The educators are responsible for making sure that the program is running smoothly and that children are well supervised at all times. Educators will be responsible to communicate with staff on a daily basis and facilitate an environment where open communication is present. Educators will work as a team to create a positive learning environment. Educators will be on-site during all hours the program is in session and will work closely to facilitate a harmonious environment and ensure the philosophy of our program is held to its standards.

Daily Sanitation takes place throughout the day. We also have a professional cleaner come into our classrooms for deep cleanings weekly.
