• Full-time, Direct-hire role
• $21-$25/hour + full benefits
• Hybrid role, 3-5 days on-site per week in Plymouth, MN – no evenings or weekends required
• Work for a family owned company in an open and collaborative environment
• Obtain an employer-funded MN property and casualty insurance license during first week of paid training*

Responsibilities Include:
The customer account representative carries out phone and administrative duties, responding to inquiries, claims and policy fulfillment requests. Specific duties include:

• Answering inbound calls, assisting customers with enrollment, renewals, claims and payments
• Acting as a subject matter expert on policies and programs, listening and responding to customer needs and concerns
• Documenting client conversations and ensuring follow-through on requests
• Processing claims, applications, renewals and other forms, determining approval or denial of claims in accordance with policy terms
• Working to find and communicate win/win solutions to customer issues
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve internal processes and procedures

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of customer support experience in an office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional communication style
• Strong listening skills and a positive attitude
• Great problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to find solutions for customers
• Ability to obtain a MN property and casualty insurance license during the first week of paid training, OR a preexisting license
