Position Summary

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business or Human Resource
– 2-4 years of experience in an HR capacity or service related field
– Experience in a HR discipline such as training, recruiting, employee relations, or organizational development preferred
– Knowledge of state and federal employment law including EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA and unemployment
– Knowledge of compensation practices, benefits, and recruitment process

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
