Position Overview: AdTheorent is looking for a sharp, energetic, and approachable HR Associate to provide day-day-day HR support for a growing company with an award-winning culture. This is a true generalist role, so a great opportunity for someone to gain exposure to all HR functions and make a big impact within a small team!

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key ambassador for AdTheorent – as one of the Company’s first point of contacts for candidates and employees, provide a positive and people-first experience
• Work closely with AdTheorent’s Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to coordinate a high volume of interviews in a timely manner
• Conduct background checks and references
• Onboard new hires to ensure a smooth first day
• Coordinate monthly new hire orientation meetings
• Field day to day employee questions about policies and procedures
• Maintain records to ensure accuracy and state and federal compliance
• Ideate and execute employee engagement activities that bolster AdTheorent’s award winning culture
• Ad hoc reporting and projects as assigned

Must Haves:

• Bachelors Degree
• 1-2 years related experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to handle matters confidentially
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and shift gears quickly
