Job Title: Project SpecialistJob Description

As a Project Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in steering the design planning and approval processes, while ensuring seamless coordination with vendors and various stakeholder groups. You will uphold quality standards and achieve customer harmonization while adeptly managing individual project budgets up to $2M. Your primary focus will be on the deployment, implementation, and launch of delivery stations and tactical programs integral to several innovative initiatives. In 2022, our team is set to deliver over 1000 unique projects aimed at enhancing safety, reducing costs, and boosting capacity across delivery stations.

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

This role requires extensive travel, ranging from 70-80% of your time. You will deploy for days or even weeks across various North American regions to launch the most innovative delivery solutions. Travel will be regionally based (west, central, east), and candidates can reside anywhere within the region as long as there is a reasonable commute to a major airport. Typically, you will travel to project sites from Monday to Friday. Consultants have the flexibility to book their own travel and expense it or have it booked for them. The total hours worked, including travel, generally align closely with a 40-hour work week.
