The Human Resources Generalist is a strong, independent, extremely motivated individual that will be the sole HR person at Accelerated Analytical Laboratories, supported by the HR team at Accelerated Clinical Laboratories.
The Human Resources Generalist will oversee the daily functions of employee relations at AAL. This will include: assisting with recruiting for all departments within the company as needed, and enforcing all company policies, procedures, laws and standards to new and existing employees.
The Generalist will assist with holding accountable those who do not adhere to company policies. Will check in daily with the HR Supervisor at ACL and will assist with any corrective performance conversations at AAL.
The Generalist will be knowledgeable on health and benefits, to answer general questions and will know the onboarding process of new hires. They will direct employees to the correct HR team member regarding compensation, benefit enrollment, disputes and investigations.
Essential Job Functions:
· Perform all in accordance job duties with laboratory procedures and policies.

· Able to lift 25 lbs. comfortable.

· Handle employee relation needs.
· Interviewing applicants.
· Assist the Human Resource Supervisor with projects.
· Follow safety procedures.
· Enforces compliance guidelines to Meet HIPPA and OSHA standards.
· Report concerns and issues pertaining to the department to other Human Resource Staff.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Handle job responsibilities in accordance with Accelerated Analytical Laboratories of ethic and appropriate professional standards and applicable state and federal law
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Associate’s or a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
· HRIS system/database experience preferred.
· Minimum 2 years Human Resources experience
· 1 year experience with filing and records management.
· Interview and recruiting experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Technology/computer skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Software.
· Ability to manage a variety of task with multiple timelines.
· Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others.
· Flexibility and approachability.
· Work well and concise in a fast-paced worked environment.
· Oral and written communication skills.
· Proven organizational skills
· Attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
· Normal office environment.
· Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time and walk throughout the building.
· Work involves minimal exposure to biological, chemical, physical and mechanical hazards.
