Position Summary:
ACCEL Schools is hiring a highly qualified Elementary Teacher at Riverside Academy located in Cincinnati, Ohio dedicated to providing a superior education for all students. We are seeking teachers who are passionate and dedicated to bringing the curriculum to life for each student. We want our teachers to be excited to create a positive classroom environment that prioritizes student learning and social-emotional development.
Founded in 2014, ACCEL Schools is a K-12 public charter school management organization (CMO) across the United States. We manage a network of over 50 charter schools within Ohio and surrounding states. At Riverside Academy—Home of the Lions—is a tuition-free, public charter elementary and middle school serving the West Side community of Cincinnati. A member of the ACCEL Schools network of high achieving charter schools, the school offers a well-rounded education that incorporates music, art, and P.E. as well as service opportunities, social-emotional learning, and civic education. Teachers, staff, students, and parents embrace a culture of high expectations for both academics and behavior. The safe and secure campus features a media center, auditorium, gym, and new playground. As a community school, Riverside Academy partners with businesses and non-profits in the area including Amazon, Cincinnati Aquatic Club, The Freestore Foodbank, and Samaritan’s Feet.
