Acara Solutions is looking for a HR Assistant for our client located in Orlando, FL
- This role handles the behind-the-scenes execution, coordination, and delivery of recruiting support services to our client and customer groups.
- Keep your clients/customers organized, ensuring that all activities are executed according to the established process, and provide support through a variety of tasks such as Schedules/coordinates interview requests for hiring organizations.
- Assists in coordination of candidate travel if/when necessary.
- Supports compliant I9 processing during hiring process and ensures completion within required timeframes.
- Monitors the completion of candidate background investigations and pre-employment requirements, ensuring completion.
- Executes the employee on-boarding process, from a candidate’s acceptance through the first week report-to-work date.
- Maintains talent acquisition files pertaining to transactional occurrences.
- Provide support for ad hoc business needs.
Pay and Benefits:
- The Salary for this position is between $23.00 and $28.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with I-9 processing for new hires
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Interview Scheduling.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Applicant Tracking Systems / Onboarding tools.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with I-9 Administration.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Interview Scheduling.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Customer Service.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Onboarding.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience with Paradox for interview scheduling.
- Experience with Kenexa/BrassRing Applicant Tracking System and Onboarding.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, be a team-player, and can multi-task.
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills, aiding our customers and clients to solve new and complex problems.
- Customer Service Savvy.
- Accountability and Organization and ability to stay organized and pay close attention to detail.
- Prioritize and Manage Time Effectively.
- Technically proficient in use of multiple systems and technology including but not limited to Microsoft Office products, (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
