Customer Service/ Inside Sales Representative
CSR/Inside Sales Representative will receive orders and sell company products via phone. Requirements include meeting established sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems. Also demonstrating solid knowledge of products, their characteristics, and market.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Handles all incoming calls in a timely efficient, and professional manner.
2. Expands and grows revenue and margin growth for assigned house accounts.
3. Order Management.
4. Collaborates with the external sales team on sales opportunities.
5. Resolves products or services problems by clarifying the customer’s complaints; determining cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problems; expediting correction or adjustment and following to ensure resolution.
6. Logs all customer issues and concerns per company procedure.
Provide sales support to all customer leads, which may include all the following:
1. Selling current and new products.
2. Preparing price quotes based on customer lead requests.
3. Entering purchase orders
4. Providing Shipping documents
5. Logs all customer lead contact whether emails, phone calls, or any other communication per company procedure.
6. Communicates with internal departments to ensure availability of product and delivery times for new and existing orders.
7. Increases education and awareness of products by pro-actively promoting our product portfolio with new leads and existing customers.
8. Performs account management activities.
9. Schedule regular customer calls to maintain the customer’s rolling sales forecast and/or generate new orders.
10. Ensures personal and team goals are achieved monthly by executing the key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
1. Possesses strong customer service skills, understanding the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Possesses strong communication skills. (both written and verbal)
3. Possesses strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to client inquiries by using existing knowledge, skills, and resources.
4. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales related positions is preferred.
5. Experience with MS Office Suite is Required
6. Experience in the Nutritional Supplement Environment is a PLUS not required.
