**Duties/Responsibilities**
-Main job duty is to schedule service calls, dispatch customers to technicians, managing a fluid service/installation calendar with heavy customer contact/resolution management.
-Manage heavy call volume and emails
-Able to multitask in fast paced work environment
-Highly organized and able to prioritize with quick response during critical situations
-Deliver great customer service!
-Positive Team Player and willing to contribute to company success
-Punctual & Reliable
**Qualifications/Knowledge**
-Preferred Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish/English)
-Previous office/dispatching experience preferred
-Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Management Software) -Great communication skills

-Must be able to pass drug Test (Marijuana script included)
-Must have clean background
-Must have High School Diploma
-Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
