CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR

We are a premier siding and roofing company in the Pacific Northwest. We pride ourselves on superior customer service and quality craftsmanship. We are looking for an individual who shares this same commitment to quality and professionalism in their day to day business endeavors and can provide a positive, high level customer service.

You will represent the company through telephone, email & text. Primary telephone contact for all customer interactions including answering calls, setting sales and service appointments, confirmation calls and following up with customers on a variety of occasions. You will manage multiple calendars & schedules and keep customer records updated with accurate data entry. Support management, sales consultants and internal staff as needed.

You will need to bring a positive attitude, excellent verbal & written communication skills, enthusiastic & professional phone presence, great organizational skills & excellent attention to details. You will be expected to respond positively and effectively to various changing situations and be results oriented with a strong work ethic.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
