Job Description:

• The Time & Labor department is responsible for the accurate recording of employee labor across multiple charge elements.
• Due to the complex nature of charging, labor corrections are a common occurrence.
• The successful candidate will be able to analyze the labor correction documents to ensure proper authorization, as well as calculate updated labor dollars charged against those corrections to determine the appropriate changes to be made to the General Ledger.
• Basic Excel skills and attention to detail are a must.
• The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and will be able to work with hard deadlines.
• Basic 10 key skills are desired, and accurate data entry is required.
• Looking at reports and labor corrections, analyzing timesheets and building a file to send to the manager that she will upload.
• Reports are from Shop floor time and Kognos reporting.
• Experience in Costpoint is a big plus.
• Good Excel skills with basic formulas
• Candidates should have good attention to detail.
