Our ideal candidates:
- You are 23+ years of age (required for insurance purposes)
- You have a valid driver’s license (In MO, Class E preferred)
- You have a good driving record (No more than 3 points)
- You are able to pass a full background check.
- You are reliable, hard-working, and have a great attitude!
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are able to lift/carry 75 pounds repeatedly over a full shift
Successful candidates have had experience in the restaurant, sales, moving, retail, tech, law enforcement, education, military, health care, and customer service industries, but this isn’t required. We will help you learn the business, and provide you with in-depth, on-the-job training.
We are excited to help each team member grow their skills in customer service, sales, marketing, business operations, leadership and more!
A typical day includes:
- Driving our shiny blue Isuzu box trucks with a partner.
- Removing unwanted items from our customers’ properties (dollies/tools provided).
- Delivering top-notch customer service at every stop.
- Recycling, donating, and disposing of items at the proper facilities.
- Maintaining communication with our outstanding operations team.
- Feeling amazing about helping your community!
What we offer:
Flexible Scheduling
Full-time positions (4 days/week, 10-12 hours per day)
Immediate start dates & paid training
Pay:
$17/hr – $23/hr (base wage + daily bonus)
