Our client, the nation’s leader in reverse mortgages, is seeking Desktop Support I to provide excellent customer service and ensure the stability, integrity and efficient operation of all desktops within the enterprise. The Desktop Support I will work collaboratively with the IT Help Desk and Infrastructure teams and provide second-level desktop support. The Desktop Support I essential responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user problems and requests. The Desktop Support I will also provide problem resolution in-person, over the phone or via remote assistance technologies.
