The primary responsibility of the HRIS Analyst is to assist in Workday system configuration, testing, and maintenance. Provide ongoing system administrative support focusing on Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll. The HRIS Analyst will also be responsible for problem-solving and issue resolution related to these areas.
What You’ll Do
Provide support to the organization in the areas of day-to-day transactions, continuous improvement, implementation of new features, and system configurations to support various business requests and initiatives.
Create and maintain simple to complex absence plans, calculated fields, and integrations (EIBs). This includes updating current plans with any policy changes such as removing limits, updating accrual amounts, updating eligibility requirements, and inactivating outdated or temporary plans.
Maintain time tracking solutions for over 8,000 hourly employees, with a focus on improved user experience.
First level technical support to the HR team in areas of expertise, including creating and delivering reports and trouble shooting various issues with exceptional customer service. Work with Senior Analysts on more complex issues or major report changes.
Data management in areas of expertise on a quarterly or annual basis including time off plan audits, tax and wage audits, and benefit deduction audits. Work with the subject matter experts to make adjustments as needed.
Support the Payroll team by completing annual W4 maintenance, W2 errors and adjustments, EIB requests for mass adjustments to time off, payroll inputs and one-time-payments.
What you need to succeed
2 – 4 years of experience with HR systems, preferably 1-3 years’ experience with Workday’s Time, Absence and Payroll processing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or other business related degree.
Willingness to partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and other business partner to effectively meet the needs of the organization.
Capacity to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and can understand and explain customer situations and solutions.
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.
Compensation Details:
$70700 – $88400 per year.
