Appointment Setter responsibilities include:

• Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise
• Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you
• Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services

Job brief

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team and support our sales team by answering calls of prospective clients via telephone and email.

An Appointment Setter’s responsibilities include making sure that potential clients might be interested in our products and services, then scheduling a time with each potential client.

Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to set appointments for our sales team members.

Responsibilities

• Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services
• Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
• Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
• Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette
• A professional and courteous disposition
• Persuasive and results-oriented
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Schedule is 8:30am-4:30pm Monday – Friday.

W9 position.

Reliability is a must and from past experiences we will be given preferences to those living in 10-15 miles radius from our office.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $400.00 – $450.00 per week
