As a Benefits Coordinator, You Will:
Develop internal relationships with staff and act as the Human Resources first point of contact with regards to benefit-related inquiries
Advise, promote, and inform employees of the details of the company’s benefit programs
Coordinate & audit daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims in payroll system and with benefit carriers
Collaborate with payroll to ensure benefits are processed correctly
Complete benefit audits, billing, and reconciliation
Lead and coordinate benefits open enrollment process, including delivering presentations
Collaborate with benefit carriers to resolve issues, questions, or concerns
Evaluate the efficiency and value of current benefit programs and make recommendations for improvement
What You Bring:
2 – 4 years of experience
General knowledge of HRIS systems
