New Horizon Academy is seeking a full-time executive assistant at our home office in Plymouth, Minnesota. This position will support to our General Counsel and Executive Vice President, working closely with our operations and administrative teams.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, takes the initiative to improve processes, gives consistent attention to detail and is tech savvy, flexible, and team oriented. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, as well as the judgment and ability to balance assigned individual tasks with collaborative teamwork and priority requests.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support in the following areas:
– Assist with legal communications
– Maintain lease summaries, amendments, etc.
– Assist with real estate and lending transactions
