The IT Vendor Management Consultant manages the relationship and monitors performance of Information Technology vendors contracted for the delivery of services. You will perform cost and spend analysis to identify cost effective solutions for existing and future contracts. You’re accountable to create plans to increase vendor engagement and align to overall Enterprise IT strategy. As a key member of the governance organization, the Vendor Management Consultant is the focal point between the vendor, other technology groups, and end-users, facilitating frequent communication and coordination among all parties.

This position is a hybrid role that involves working a minimum of 10 days per month in the office. We know flexibility is important to our employees and their families, and we will continue to offer flexibility in this flex office/home role. This approach will guide us in balancing the needs of the business, customers and our employees.
The preferred location for this role is Madison, WI but additional consideration will be given to markets including: Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; Minneapolis, MN; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA
