Description:

This company is implementing a 2 factor authentication tool starting soon. This will make an uptick in tickets through the service desk and they need additional support. Technicians will be working remotely taking a high call volume daily to handle any issues with the MFA tool, access issues and account issues. This team will also be responsible for general hardware and software coming in through the helpdesk as well as the influx of calls coming from the rollout.

Reliability will be a top priority when selecting candidates. Must be on time and ready to take calls, not calling off and scheduling issues coming up throughout the week. Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm shift.
