1. Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Daily Continuous
Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Perform all
PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food
Quality and customer requirement outages and by contacting TA/TL. Be able to
identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper operation
and product. Record accurate data on production reports.

5. Assist in the preparation for HR audits and projects, (Affirmative Action Program). Daily Continuous
6. Campus Recruiting and Job Fairs- Advertising and Marketing for open positions Daily Continuous
7. Conduct Exit Interviews Daily Continuous

8. Assist with the hiring process, including benefit presentations for new hires. Monthly Continuous
9. Process owner of benefits; including the coordination of Open Enrollment, new hires,
resolving partner benefit issues, and certificates of credible coverage. Weekly 1%
10. Maintain a spreadsheet of hourly partner’s corrective actions. Monthly 1%
11. Provide administrative support to the HR Team, to include typing and computer aided
preparation of charts, graphs, and banners. Daily 5%
12. Answer plant and HR phones in a professional manner and provide accurate information
to both internal and external customers. Daily 10%
13. Must be able to work overtime as required. Daily 1%
14. Lead the Recreation Team Daily 5%
15. Maintain address/birthday/phone lists Monthly 1%
16. Assists with distribution of payroll advices. Bi-Weekly 5%
17. Assists in giving partners scheduling information via telephone. Daily 5%
18 Other duties assigned by TL/TA. Daily 7%
Non-Essential Functions: (Occasional duties not included above).
1. Participate on the teams as requested (Selection team, Recreational committee, etc.) Quarterly 8%
