We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team. This position is a critical member of the HR/L&D Business Support team. The Learning and Development Business Partner develops, coordinates, and executes employee training and development for the following business lines: Commercial, Retail Lending, Marketing, Finance, and all back office. This includes, but is not limited to, a wide variety of training such as: products, procedures, retail initiatives, professional and personal development, and regulatory new hire orientation.

This includes, but is not limited to, a wide variety of training such as: products, procedures, retail initiatives, professional and personal development, and regulatory new hire orientation.
