Do you want to jump into the technology industry with no prior experience? Inception Online Marketing is seeking a well-rounded, Data Entry Specialist. The reason we say “Creative” is that the Data Entry happens in our client websites! With extensive training provided by senior-level web specialists the ideal candidate must have the ability to efficiently alter and edit existing work using predetermined layouts and style guides. They will work independently and the successful candidate will be eager to learn and grow into advanced roles with a growing company.

• Be ok with deadlines
• Have the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Apply critical thinking skills and come with a self-starter attitude
• Have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow staff members and clients

Candidate requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Dropbox and Google applications
• Customer service experience a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
• Familiarity with Photoshop a plus

Daily Job Duties: (Training Provided)

• Complete the migration of client data from their previous website using our in-house design resources
• Assist with client inbound emails as they pertain to the data migration
• Complete assigned tasks as they pertain to your job duties
• Meet individual and department quality and productions goals
• Follow the department procedures, guidelines and policies

Details about the Position:

• Full-Time – (40 hours per week)
